Arokodare Scores and Assists as Ajax Beat Sion 4-2 in Europa Conference League Play-off

Nigerian forward Tolu Arokodare scored and provided an assist in a match-winning cameo as Ajax came from behind to beat Sion 4-2 in the first leg of their Europa Conference League play-off, according to a report by Premium Times.
Arokodare, introduced as a 74th-minute substitute, needed just 43 seconds to make an impact, heading in to restore Ajax's lead before turning provider for Davy Klaassen's goal that sealed the win. Ajax had trailed at halftime before Julian Brandt and Marcos Leonardo struck to turn the tie around ahead of Arokodare's introduction.
The Nigerian international was named man of the match for his contribution, continuing a promising start in Amsterdam and giving Ajax a commanding advantage heading into the second leg of the tie.
